MILL HALL, Pa. – The Central Mountain girls’ tennis team finished up a busy but productive week on Thursday with a 5-0 sweep over a young Bucktail team at the Gibson Tennis Complex.

Head coach Tom Zettle complimented both teams on their play. He noted it has been a challenging week, particularly for sophomores Lucy and Lane Walker. Their matches at #1 and #2 on Thursday were their seventh of the week, having played six matches over the previous three days.

Coach Zettle said it will be time for some rest this weekend, back at it early next week with the District 6 AA team championships early in the week, followed by a senior night match with Jersey Shore, home on Oct. 8.
